After hitting 51 pounds down about a week and a half ago it feels like I've been going to town on food and wine. I had also been studying for an industry certification exam for a few months now and I took the exam a few days ago and passed (what a relief!). This also added to the feeling that I could relax and eat whatever I want. The only thing that has remained consistent is my workouts, but I've been kind of coasting on those too. Good news is I haven't gained any weight, bad news is I haven't lost any either.
I definitely need a fill, not a big one, but one to get me back to the spot where I'm not thinking about food between meals and satisfied with a cup to a cup and a half per meal. I've set a goal to be under 200 pounds by end of August, it's a bit of stretch as I've got 40 to lose to get there but I need the goals to keep me going.
My action plan:
- Book a fill appointment.
- Get back to planning meals
- Kick my workouts up a notch or two

ReplyDeletei am also pretty lost and needing a fill to get myself back on track. on the other hand i've enjoyed indulging these last couple of weeks. i had to have some fluid taken out because of x rays and mri's to prepare for surgery so they took about .5 cc's out. i get a fill on the 10th though, so hopefully all will be well after that.
