Monday is weigh-in day and I was up a pound. Stepped on the scale this morning and I'm up another 1/2 a pound!! I don't like seeing the numbers go up instead of down. I've been getting hungrier every day but have been working hard to stick to 3 meals and one small protein snack.
I know that it's normal for weight fluctuations but it's frustrating nevertheless. I'm following the rules, measuring my portions, drinking lots of water and and yet I've gained. I've made the mental adjustment and am eating consistently better than I have in a long time, I would just like my body to keep up with my brain. I'm trying to be patient and I know that the scale will start moving in the right direction eventually but it's hard.

Oh Man! I feel your pain!!!
ReplyDeleteIt seems 50% of posts today are lamenting the stall of weight loss. Must be February. Some are suggesting uping calories to shock your body out of starvation mode. Or just be as strong as you can and ride out the plateau. I'm the same. Have only lost 0.2 pounds in the last 4 days. And we thought this band was our miracle. Guess it is just letting us know we have to still do some work and relax.
